Mission accomplished!

OK, I have written up my vision and given it to Calista at Lilac Pixels.

My long, rambling, confusing, likely unworkable vision.

If you open up the nearest window, lean out, and listen carefully, I am sure you will be able to hear her screams of anguish and despair.

This is likely but the first step of a thousand mile journey.

Please pray for her.

Now I can commence readin' and commentin'!

A word about an email that went out from my Yahoo address last night about signing up to play online Bingo. I didn't send it. I got a similar email last week from someone and I finally got around to opening it. I went through the sign-in process (I don't know why. Why would I want to play Bingo?) far enough to determine that they wanted money to play, and then I closed it. But it appears to have hijacked my address book and sent an invitation to everyone from me. I sent an email to some people explaining this, but then Yahoo wouldn't let me send anymore mail for the day because I was over my limit (there are about 125 people in my address book and once the bogus one went out twice, I guess there was only so many more that could be sent).

Sorry for the inconvenience. It's been worse for me, believe me. I was so pissed off. I felt violated. Fuck. I'm still pissed off.

In other news, as much as I like being called a whore (I actually do--it excites me in ways I don't understand) since my lead is so big, I am not going to pimp for votes today. This is but a taste of the benevolence and empathy for my fellow man that you can expect from me during my administration.

My sexy, sexy administration.

Say it isnt so violated and pissed off them b*#@*^%# how dare they do that to you.
I have gotten two emails like that in a week asking me to play bingo and then asking for money to play bingo.
Try not to be too pissed off and enjoy the day. ;)

That sucks. Can't believe they could do that. Sounds like you need to find one of those lawyers who's suing all those Internet companies for violating peoples' rights. Or not.

I would be furious as well!! I just do not understand why sites do this stuff. I realize to them it is just business. But it is such a violation!

I am looking forward to seeing your vision!!!

I totally fell for the bingo thing. Thankfully I signed up with my gmail account and I don't have anyone in an address book. I just use that account to sign up for internet things so when I get spam, it goes there instead of my real email.

Damn, I was looking forward to playing because I love internet bingo. But not enough to give them my credit card number!

Lori--I'm getting over it. Slooowly LOL.

Belle--That's right. I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore!

Cherish--Well, don't expect too much from my vision. I would not want you to be disappointed! LOL

Heather--That is a good idea. I should totally do that...

Sorry to hear about this. The internet is rife with this shit at the moment.

Bloggers are also having their posts yoinked. We have set up a No Yoink page to report them and try to curtail their post theft.

Make sure you run your AV on your pc.

You wanna talk violation?

I ran into a blogger, simply by chance, a week ago, who ripped one of my posts right from my page! Now, normally, I would feel flattered and send them a kind letter of thanks and ask them to please credit me with the writing. But, the post they opted to heist was part ONE of my five part post (a very intimate subject for me) and was conveying it AS HER OWN LIFE!! Hello? Are you insane? The funny thing was that people were writing her in the comments things like "that's bullshit" or "you made that up". I find that really funny, because as you know, nothing about it was made up. One commenter though, they hit it on the head.

"I don't believe you. I believe this happened to someone. Just not you. You never written anything this good before."

Wow. Nailed. So, I wrote a post, redirecting these commenters to my page to show them I had written this a week earlier. I suggested that they all hit the "flag" button on their browsers. Then, I reported her to Blogger. She was pulled down two days later. Gone.

Great. I was gonna tell this story on MY blog...but now, I can't. Oy. Doesn't matter. Just wanted to let you know you weren't alone in your violation. I hate that someone did this to you, but I am grateful I attempted to sign up with a fake email that said

Whew. Love ya, sexy sexy blogman!

Last year I was a victim of identy theft cause of shit like this. They drained my bank account of almost $500. I did get it back once they found out I did not do it. So ya I would be pissed and feel violated! I know I sure was.

Usually, I keep my stash to myself (in the back of the minivan, of course), but I'll be sending a box of Zomig to Calista. She'll need it for the migraine you're causing her.

You whore!

That has happened to me too with yahoo mail. And it caused quite a rift with some of my old ornery aunties. They accused me of spamming them and selling their email adddys. One still won't talk to me no matter how many times I try to explain what happened.

I can't wait to see your new look!
Prayers are being sent...

Suze--Yep, I ran AV and I think everything is cool now. It sent the eamil out twice, but nothing since then.

Sherry and Stacy--I am SO pissed at myself for opening the damn thing!

Pamela--There is plenty of room in my dirty little mind for everyone!

CP--Holy shit! I can't believe someone would stoop that low!

I think you should still tell it on your site. Not everyone reads me, you know! LOL

Beady--Geez--that's like my worst nightmare. Luckily, I don't think anyone would want to be me LOL

Spider Walk--It will probably take a while. That poor woman...

Jozee--Uh oh....LOL

Amber--Oh, I like, so totally believe you :)

Pissy--I know! It's hard work being sexy!

An email was sent out to everyone oh my email list (yahoo) and it was telling people to "click here for sexy pics"......(sent fron my email)...of course there were no sexy pics. BUt I tell ya....people I haven't talked to in ages were all of a sudden IMing me asking me how to get to the pics...LMAO. It still sucked though. OH well.

Can't wait to see the look! :)

Pup--Well now, let's not be too hasty! :)

Ficklechick--A slut! I like that!

Mimi--Maybe when I'm 85 and in nursing home I'll play bingo...

CP--YES! Talk dirty to me!

Kentucky Girl--Yes! I went partly on your recommendation and partly because of her response to my initial questions. I just hope she doesn't regret taking me on...
